5. Remember That People Are Busy Doing Their Own Thing
Finally, if you’re feeling gym intimidation, try to think rationally. Most people in the gym will hardly notice you. They’re busy doing their own thing.
We all tend to look at life as though we’re the stars of our own little reality TV shows. However, you can relax in knowing that few people will interrupt their own workouts to focus on you and everything you’re doing.
