Make sure you don’t fall into the temptation of eating unhealthy fried fast food all the time. Not only is this not good for your weight and heart, Studies have shown that it’s also not good for your mental health. If your body is feeling sluggish, your mind is also going to be slow. Keeping your body well fed keeps the machine running correctly. Keeping all of your systems running top-notch is going to help keep you from getting ill. So maybe skip that pre-flight pizza and opt for a salad instead.

Staying healthy while traveling not only helps you from getting sick but can also do wonders for minimizing jetlag.
