A low-fiber diet can include foods you usually eat, such as cooked vegetables, fruits, white bread, and meats. It does NOT include foods that are high in fiber or that cause gases such as:Beans and fruits juices Vegetables and fruits in shell Nuts and seeds The nerves in the flesh

Your doctor or nutritionist will also tell you not to eat more than a few grams of fiber a day, such as 10 to 15 grams.
Here are some of the Recommended foods for a diet low in fiber and waste. It is still possible that some of these foods disturb your body. Talk to your doctor about your diet and any signs that food is making your problem worse.
- You can consume up to 2 cups of soft dairy products per day. This includes yogurt, lumpy white cheese, milk, pudding or creamy soup or 1.5 ounces (43 g) hard cheese.
- Avoid dairy products with nuts, seeds, fruits or vegetables added.
Breads and grains:
- You can consume refined white breads, dry cereals (such as Special K, Corn Flakes, Rice Cups, Rice Krispies, Integral Paste and Cookies.
Check that these foods have less than 2 g of fiber per serving.
- DO NOT eat whole grain breads, crackers or cereals, whole wheat pasta, or brown rice.
Vegetables. You can eat these raw vegetables:Lettuce (in strips, starting with small amounts) Cucumbers li>
DO NOT eat any vegetables that are not listed above. DO NOT eat raw vegetables that can be eaten without problem cooked. DO NOT eat fried vegetables.You can consume fruit juices without pulp and many canned fruits or fruit compotes, such as apple. li> The raw fruits you can consume are apricots, bananas and cantaloupe melon, sweet melon, watermelon, nectarines, papayas, peaches and very ripe plums. Avoid all other raw fruits. Fruits to avoid are canned or raw pineapple, fresh figs, berries, all dehydrated fruits, fruit seeds, as well as prunes and their juice.
- You can eat cooked meat, fish, poultry, eggs, soft peanut butter and tofu.
- Avoid cold meats, hot dogs, sausages, toasted peanut butter, nuts, beans, tempeh, and peas. You can eat butter, margarine, oils, mayonnaise, whipped cream and sauces, and soft dressings.
Do not eat fried foods or dressings. Avoid thick condiments and pickles. Do not eat fried foods with lots of oil.
Other foods and beverages:Do not eat desserts that contain nuts, coconuts or fruit that can not be eaten. of drinking plenty of fluids, particularly if you have diarrhea. Your doctor or nutritionist will also advise you to avoid caffeine and alcohol.
