Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered, a remastered version of Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare, will be available as its own game on June 27, first on PlayStation 4. Multiplayer that redefined the FPS genre.

As seen below in the 2017 launch trailer for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered, fans are given a look at the game's single-player and multiplayer components, with both modes having been given an optimal graphical and audio overhaul from the original 2007 release. Sometime in July, then, yeah?

As it stands, the standalone version has been confirmed for Xbox One and PC, but we don't have a launch date for those versions yet. Modern Warfare Remastered shipped in the deluxe edition for last year's Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare.

Activision has announced a special Call of Duty "Days of Summer" event for players who either purchase the standalone copy or those who already took the plunge before. In 2016 the Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare release date delivered a remastered version in an expensive bundle. The standalone game is $40. It's a lot of fun and really pushed not only advancements in shooting mechanics and visuals when it came out, but it was one of the reasons Call of Duty became so popular. If you want the DLC maps, you'll have to pay more. First off, this is only the first game, there is no Modern Warfare 2 Remaster. "With Modern Warfare Remastered, we're able to relive our favorite campaign levels and multiplayer moments in full HD visuals and remastered audio". In Short, this is the same campaign you loved, but the graphics are getting a huge upgrade.
