Mishra was suspended from the Aam Aadmi Party's primary membership later in the evening. I am on a war on corruption. "It is known to all that before holding the post of Delhi Cabinet Minister and after taking the oath, he gave a prominent position to his daughter and other relatives", he said. The AAP fielded its senior leader Sanjay Singh to trash Mishra's allegations.

"When the AAP called the special assembly session, we expected that corruption charges against the Chief Minister and problems faced by the people of Delhi will be discussed", Delhi Congress chief Ajay Maken said in a series of tweets.

Asserting that a bogus bill amounting to Rs 10 crore was made to favour Kejriwal's brother-in-law, Mishra also alleged that during the Punjab polls, there was massive corruption by AAP in ticket distribution, and supplying of liquor by party members. The CBI said that Mr Mishra's complaints against the Delhi government ministers and others will be "examined and verified". He had alleged that Kejriwal had taken Rs 2 crore in cash from Delhi Minister Satyendar Jain.

RECAP | Kapil Mishra claimed that he has filed 3 FIRs with the CBI, in connection with the Aam Aadmi Party Corruption.

When contacted, Kapil Mishra said if anyone harms the attacker then he would even stop drinking water. On Tuesday, the former Delhi water minister had also challenged Kejriwal to contest an election against him.

"I will sit on a hunger strike if they do not reveal details of their foreign trips", Mishra said.

The officer said Bhardwaj produced his evidence of his chartered accountancy work but maintained that his work had taken a backseat ever since he joined AAP. Singh accused the Bharatiya Janata Party and the central government of being behind Mishra in his campaign against Kejriwal, saying it was part of a larger conspiracy to 'finish off the AAP and to 'silenc the opposition.

He sought details about the foreign trips of Sanjay Singh, Ashish Khetan, Raghav Chadha, Satyendar Jain and Durgesh Pathak. He will be produced in a court on Thursday, police said.
