Jason Bateman Reveals He's Signed on for 'Arrested Development' Season 5

Four years after Arrested Development was revived by Netflix, season five is still on track.

Critically acclaimed for its humor and plot, season 5 of "Arrested Development" is reportedly in the making. Around the same time, Netflix boss Ted Sarandos teased a possible fifth season, telling reporters, "We're plugging along".

An Emmy victor for best comedy series in 2004, Arrested Development originally ran on Fox from 2003-2006. Netflix and 20th Century Fox Television, which produces the show, have not made any official announcement, and could not be reached for comment.
