This Is What The Samsung Galaxy Note 8 Looks Like

Here's how to change your homescreen launcher on the Galaxy S8. However, the front camera gets all the attention. The analyst goes as far as to call this new feature the "most important upgrade" for the handset.

Specs-wise, the Samsung Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8+ sport a 5.8-inch and 6.2-inch Super AMOLED screen respectively, featuring 2960 x 1440 Quad HD resolution. The Galaxy S8 and S8+, which are successors to last year's Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge, come with a near edge-to-edge design, an unusual 18.5:9 "Infinity" display and Samsung's proprietary Bixby virtual assistant. Both the handsets boast a unusual display aspect ratio of 18:9.

The devices have an Exynos Octa core (2.35 GHz Quad + 1.9 GHZ Quad) processor. However, the latest detail spilled by Ming-Chi Kuo seemingly hints that the Note iteration is getting more like an iPhone 7 Plus device. Although the company announced a 6GB RAM and 128Gb storage variant Galaxy S8+ in South Korean market but it's unlikely that the company will bring that variant in India. The Galaxy S8 is fueled by a 3,000 mAh Battery. Samsung Galaxy S8+ runs Android 7.0 Nougat.

Obviously, the company wouldn't want to cannibalize the publicity garnered by the flagship Galaxy S8 so soon. The experts also note that the curved display screen might be easily damaged when replacing the front glass panel. These phones also come with Samsung's own take on virtual assistance, via Bixby and house a dedicated Bixby button on-board.

"The Galaxy S8 and S8+ provide heightened security and privacy, with biometric authentication, including fingerprint scanner, iris scanning technology, as well as facial recognition, so users can quickly and effortlessly unlock their Galaxy S8 or S8+". The connectivity options are 4G LTE, WiFi 802.11 ac, Bluetooth of v5.0, GPS, NFC and USB of Type-C.
