A New Justin Bieber Single Is Here

Posted April 20, 2017

After "Despacito" became a worldwide hit, Luis Fonsi and Daddy Yankee surprised everyone with the remix of the song accompanied by superstar Justin Bieber.

The pop prince gushed happily over his guest Fonsi after their stage spot together. This is the 23-year-old's first time releasing a song in Spanish.

"You are my sunrise on the darkest day, got me feeling some kind of way/ Make me want to savor every moment slowly (slowly)", he croons in the introductory verse before switching over.

Just hours after the release of the "Despacito" remix, the Canadian singer dazzled the crowd when he debuted his brand new song during his concert in Puerto Rico. "It's awesome", Justin said after the performance.

On iTunes, the "Despacito" remix hit No. 8 on the us chart by Tuesday.

But don't just take my word for it. Listen to the new song at top and join me in praying that Bieber's upcoming album doesn't take too much longer to arrive-and maybe even has a few lyrics en español. The original version of "Despacito" is now number one on Billboard's Hot Latin Song chart, with more than 980 million views on the platform.

As the Inquisitr and a tsunami of media outlets reported yesterday, Justin's bilingual vocals on the "Despacito" remix touched off much praise for the superstar's incredible pronunciation from many, including Hamilton star Lin-Manuel Miranda and Columbian singer José Balvin.
