CLR CFF has released a clear, colorless coffee that aims to not stain teeth.
Don't even get us started on mushroom coffee.
From chewable coffee cubes to the world's strongest coffee, at this point, it would be hard to shock us when it comes to our fave energy-giving drink.
CLR CFF apparently tastes just like the real thing - only it's clear. Like many other people we struggled with the teeth stains caused by it.
Brothers and co-founders, Adam and David Nagy, have refused to divulge how they stripped colour from coffee.
According to the company, the coffee is made from Arabica coffee beans and pure water, and produced by "methods which have never been used before". "There was nothing on the market that would suit our needs so we made a decision to create our own recipe". For the time being, Clr Cff is only available in the United Kingdom and in Slovakia.
Why? For a pair of Slovakian brothers and coffee addicts, the reason is clear: Dental hygiene. - Handout via AFPBecause while many like their coffee black, no one likes their teeth to be that way.
Enter the magical new coffee trend - clear coffee.
If you want to sample it, you'll have to go to London (Whole Foods is among the retailers stocking it there), or order it online, where a two-pack of 200ml bottles costs $7.50.
