Sniper Elite 4 gets its first DLC mini-campaign next week, plus new a new multiplayer mode and map.
Sniper Elite 4 is set to receive quite a bit of content this coming Tuesday, March 21, which includes a new campaign mission, an expansion pack, and multiplayer add-ons.
Deathstorm is a mini-campaign split into three parts - the first of which launches tomorrow on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC. The mission takes place after the events of the main game and sends players to the cold terrain of northern Italy, with a Nazi naval-base among the locations to infiltrate.
Playable from start to finish for 1-2 players. Fairburne has to clean up and locate a mysterious package, critical to the Manhattan Project developing the United States' atomic weapon.
With imposing scaffolding, a German destroyer and myriad Kriegsmarine soldiers to negotiate, Karl Fairburne must help finish what the bombing run started.
This is a two-team mode for up to 12 players, and the aim is to cut down your opponent's numbers to zero. If you die, you're taken out of the game and made a spectator but if your teammate manages to kill an enemy, you're back in the fight. So even when it's six versus one in Elimination, one kill can turn everything upside down!
If that's still not enough (!), Rebellion has announced that more multiplayer content will drop on the same day, too, and that'll be free for all players.
If you want to keep track of Rebellion's roadmap for future Sniper Elite 4 content releases, you can check out their official website for more.
A few days before launch, Rebellion Developments outlined the game's season pass, but claimed that all multiplayer maps and modes released post-launch would be free to all players.
