Badrinath Ki Dulhania grosses approx. 157 crores at the worldwide box office

Varun Dhawan and Alia Bhatt's recently released film Badrinath Ki Dulhania is winning numbers at the Box Office since day one.

In fact, Badrinath Ki Dulhania has also crossed the lifetime collections of Alia Bhatt's 2016 releases Dear Zindagi and Udta Punjab.

The film had earned Rs 71.77 crores in the first week.

It is expected that the film will cross the 100-crore mark in coming days.

After Badrinath Ki Dulhania, Alia, who celebrated her 24th birthday last week, will be seen in Ayan Mukherjee's Dragon and Zoya Akhtar's Gully Boy while Varun Dhawan is prepping for Judwaa 2, a sequel to Salman Khan's 1997 hit film Judwaa. Impact of Film is still felt in theatres clearly as it has done good business in it's second week.

Friday 4.21 cr, Sat 5.90 cr, Sun 7.45 cr.

Previously Karan Johar productions had "2 states" with Alia Bhatt in lead role which made an business of 102 crores and it is thing of joy that even Badrinath Ki Dulhania is making unbelievable business.

"Badrinath Ki Dulhania" ended its second weekend on March 19, and continued to dominate the domestic box office. "India biz. SUPER HIT". Till now, the cinema has grossed Rs 19 crore collection in the worldwide market.

Looks like Shekhar Suman is a fan of "Badrinath Ki Dulhania" series as he complimented both the leading actors of the movie on different occasions. "Taran Adarsh tweeted: "#Trapped shows 50% growth on Sun. Total: ₹ 1.44 cr [300 screens].
