Mumbai: Actor-producer Nitin Kapoor, husband of actress-politician Jayasudha was found dead in Mumbai on March 14, reports ANI. This afternoon, he was found dead in his office.
Visiting Mumbai for treatment for depression for over a year, Nitin, 58, was staying at Sea Glimpse Apartment's 6th floor flat in the upmarket Four Bungalows area with his sister.
Nitin produced Hands Up! in 2000, Kalikalam starring Jayasudha in 1991 and Mera Pati Sirf Mera Hai in 1990 starring Jeetendra and Rekha. He was brother of Bollywood actor Jeetendra. They have two sons, namely, Nihar and Shreyan. Reasons unknown but we hear that he poisoned himself due to some financial troubles. Jayasudha has rushed to Mumbai, where police are investigating the death. However, more details are yet to be known. Nitin Kapoor has produced a few films of Tollywood and recently has worked as the maker of his Son's movie "Basti". Shreyan had earlier debuted into films with "Basthi".
