Cold evening ahead for the Harrisburg area

After a possibly rainy Saturday, skies will clear again and temperatures will climb into the mid to high 70s next week under partly cloudy skies, but with little chance of rain. Winds SW at 10 to 20 miles per hour.

Humidity values are expected to drop to around 20 percent, and the southwest wind is expected to gust between 20 to 30 miles per hour today, according to the weather service. Low 32F. Winds S at 5 to 10 miles per hour.

TONIGHT: Not as cold tonight with lows in the upper 30s to lower 40s inland and mid to upper 40s to around 50 along the coast. North wind 6 to 8 miles per hour becoming southeast in the afternoon. Mostly cloudy skies will follow into Saturday night, with a low around 33.

Weather on Friday is partly cloudy to clear and very chilly and temperatures are set to rise and approach five degrees Celsius below the seasonal average, said Palestine Meteorological Department.

The cooler weather isn't expected to last long, and forecasters say most of Central Florida should be back in the 80s by Saturday.

There is a chance for an isolated shower Sunday morning, with improving conditions throughout the day.
